Process

At the initial stages of a project, ideas are investigated as hand drawn sketches.  These will explore aspects of the product that will shape its character, describe its form and investigate manufacturing options.

As a project progresses more detail is defined through 3D CAD - photo-realistic images and dynamic on-screen manipulation can be generated allowing a full appreciation of the design intent.  Hand made models are created for appearance or function testing and rapid prototypes can be created directly from CAD data.

Product requirements and available manufacturing techniques influence the specification of materials and production methods. Full product definition is undertaken and results in generation of 3D data and/or 2D drawings to be used for tooling origination and production.
